MAPS Coverage is an independent insurance agency operated by McGrory Asset Planning Services LLC. This policy explains how we use information about people and businesses who contact us, apply for coverage, or use our services. It also applies to information we retain about former customers.

We collect contact, household, business, insurance, and supporting-document information relevant to your request. This may include:

• Information you provide in forms, applications, documents, or conversations, such as your name, contact details, property, vehicles, drivers, business operations, insurance needs, and policy or renewal documents.
• Information about insurance transactions, such as quotes, policies, claims, and loss history, from you, carriers, or other parties involved in your insurance transaction.
• Information from consumer reporting agencies and other sources, where permitted by law, such as driving, claims, property, and public records.
• Website connection and use information, such as IP address, browser information, requests, and security-verification results.

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate insurance needs, prepare or obtain quotes, and support underwriting and insurance placement. We may also use it to service or administer coverage, assist with claims, maintain records, prevent fraud, and meet applicable obligations.

As permitted by law, we may share information with insurance carriers, carrier partners, aggregators, wholesalers, and other parties involved in evaluating, quoting, underwriting, placing, servicing, or administering coverage. We may also share information with service providers supporting these activities, professional advisers, regulators, or others when permitted or required by law or when you authorize us to do so.

We do not sell personal information for marketing purposes.

After receiving information needed to quote or underwrite coverage, some carriers may contact or market directly to an applicant. A carrier’s use of information is governed by its own applicable privacy notices and policies. MAPS Coverage does not control and is not responsible for a carrier’s independent privacy or marketing practices.

If you follow a link to a carrier or partner application, review that provider’s notices before sharing information. Third-party services used to deliver website features and verification may receive connection information under their own notices.

Share only information and documents relevant to your request. Policies, renewal documents, appraisals, and other records may help us understand your needs. We will let you know if additional information, such as driver’s-license information, is needed for quoting or underwriting. You can contact us before sending sensitive documents.

You may request deletion of information held by MAPS Coverage by emailing [email protected]. Requests are subject to identity verification. Do not include identity documents or sensitive account details in your initial email.

We may need to retain information to meet legal, regulatory, contractual, fraud-prevention, claims, record-retention, or operational obligations. A deletion request does not guarantee that all records can be removed. We will explain any applicable limitations when responding.

Requests to MAPS Coverage apply to information we hold. For information held independently by a carrier or another provider, contact that organization under its own policies.

No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed secure. Contact us if you have a concern about information you have shared or need help deciding how to provide sensitive documents.
